STEP 2:
Create an account at https://www.onlinejobs.ph
Prepare the following before you start; make sure it is saved on your PC/Laptop/Phone;
1. I D picture no background, clear copy.
2. Selfie holding your ID, clear copy.
3. Profile Picture with white background front view, it should be a formal close-up shoulder-level picture. No side views, No Effects/animation, and No glasses or caps allowed. You have to be facing directly at the camera on your photo just like an ID.
4. Proof of residence or address.
Tip: Use Canva to create a profile picture.
Once done, take the DISC, IQ, and English tests, don't forget to take screenshots of every result you will need to upload everything later once you encode all the results; you can retake the exam as many as you want, just make sure your English test is C2, no lower than that. See the sample below;
Once done wait for 1 to 3 days for verification and you will receive an email like this;
If after 3 days you didn't receive a verification or any update you may email them at support@onlinejobs.ph they will respond to you promptly (based on my experience)
There are a lot of websites where you can find a VA job try to explore more. If you want to be part of an agency you can find them at Indeed or similar.
Step 3:
Know your Niche or what is exactly you want to do as a VA?
If you don't know yet keep on applying and find where you're best at.
Send 10 applications every day, never stop.
When applying using OLJ you don't need to use your CV first all you need is a cover letter this is what it looks like when you apply
Some job postings only need 50 ID proofs but mostly you will see 75 that's why you need to complete all your requirements (Step 2);
Once you click the "Apply for this job" you will be directed here; please make sure you read the whole job description sometimes they are asking for a code to make sure you read everything like putting a rainbow on the subject or putting work smart at the message. For apply point you can put 1 or 3 depending on your, it will go back to 60 again don't worry. For contact info put all the details that you have Whatsapp number, email address, LinkedIn, and portfolio if you already have. Then send the email.
Once your application gets recognized they will email you directly and will ask for a copy of your CV.

Never stop learning, every job posting has the required tools that you want them to know, the best technique is to study the basic knowledge about the tools, you don't need to be an expert you will learn that once you get hired. It is important to know the basics during an interview, Be on time, and always smile.

Social Media Manager: Hootsuite or similar
